Craig Jones EXECUTIVE PRODUCER Since joining Boomtown Films as a partner in the late 90’s, CJ has infused the company with his strong ethics and eye for precision and finer details. CJ’s ability to bring the business element to a creative industry is appreciated by agency producers and creatives. His ability to formulate realistic budgets and ensure that they are adhered to is an admirable talent.Due to CJ’s experience as one of South Africa’s top editors he enjoys the challenge of post-production intensive commercials, always looking for intuitive ways to realize the production within the budget. Bruce Mac DIRECTOR During a colourful career as a cameraman for various news stations and documentaries, Bruce’s highlight was filming Nelson Mandela’s release in 1991. Soon after Bruce began directing and founded The Fabulous Boomtown Boys in 1996. His innate ability to extract believable and heart-warming performances from his cast, most noticeably babies and children, has seen Bruce direct numerous commercials that evoke emotion and pull at the heart strings. One of the highlights of Bruce’s career is the conceptualization and realization of his first feature, “The Perfect Wave”, which he will begin directing at the end of 2011. |
